Data not paused at 100%. Now have a 7$ over bill and no way to top up more data

I have 5gb with 3 bonus. I got three data reminders but not one saying my data is paused. I checked my account just in case and it says I have 7$ extra payment owing.

if you have shock free data then the absolute only way you can go over is to respond to the text sent to you at 100% and when your data bis paused, are yoou sure you have shock free data with the plan you have? if so are you sure thats what the extra charge is?

I got the notice that I've used 100% but no message saying my data is paused. I was under the assumption that I had to reply with either YES or another keyword to unpause data. I have not sent any texts replying and did not log into self serve to top up. Im about 22mb and 7$ over without doing anything

Check your data setting under usage. Is there check mark on pause data and text alerts?

On my usage page all I see is my data alerts and the permission for my number to make changes. Lower down is pay per use alerts. I can't find the option to enable or disable pause data. But I am getting usage alerts

So mine comes up as at 100% it's pausing. But what tab in self serve is a data top up? I can't seem to find it

The next time you reach your data limit you will be paused and a message is presented for the various top up options. Then you text your choice to 5337. You can also do it through a link provided in the message:

See this was the text notification I was expecting.  It was weird that you didnt get it which was why I thought you didnt have shock free data
