if you have shock free data then the absolute only way you can go over is to respond to the text sent to you at 100% and when your data bis paused, are yoou sure you have shock free data with the plan you have? if so are you sure thats what the extra charge is?
I got the notice that I've used 100% but no message saying my data is paused. I was under the assumption that I had to reply with either YES or another keyword to unpause data. I have not sent any texts replying and did not log into self serve to top up. Im about 22mb and 7$ over without doing anything
On my usage page all I see is my data alerts and the permission for my number to make changes. Lower down is pay per use alerts. I can't find the option to enable or disable pause data. But I am getting usage alerts
