Data Issues!

I started off with Koodo with pay per use for data but recently I changed my plan so I have 500 MB of data but my plan is still showing the pay per use and the 500 MB and is charging me for pay per use even though I haven't gone over. How to I get rid of the pay per use?

Why are you saying you are getting charged for pay per use? Don't you see a usage meter totalling 500mb?

This is what is showing:
It's show 3 data meters, 2 current and 1 pervious. I seem to be getting charged for data yet I have 500MB. Not sure how to get rid of it

Did you change mid billing cycle, by any chance? If so, your billing period would include the 16 pay per use, and the new consumption. One way to check is to see if the 16 MB increases and more, or if only the 14 MB meter increases.

Tap on the pay per use and check the dates when the data was used. If it hasnt been used since you changed your plan than all is good!

As the other customers have guessed already Jenna, you switched plans (may 12) which is after your bill cycle ended (may 6). Up to that point (may 12) the usage was pay per use. You will see though that it has not increased since given that you have data now in your plan. Next month the pay per use meter won't be there.
