Data is shut off after changing my plan.

Hello,

Yesterday I changed my plan from a $60 plan to a $55 plan

I went from the $60, 1.5 GB plan with a $10, 1 GB add on to a $55.00 3 GB plan. (0.5 GB more for $15 less).

I had used the base 1.5GB and was into the addon portion before I made the switch.  Since changing last night my plan to the 3 GB, my data no longer works. I should have roughly 1.5 GB of data left.

Any insight on how I can have my data re-enabled?

I don't have any data restrictions on my phone.

Have you tried restarting your phone and reinserting your SIM card?
When you login to self serve what does it say for data usage?

It worked after taking the SIM card out and back in.
