Did you get your data worked before? I would suggest you double check if your APN was set correctly in the phone: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

Which Samsung Galaxy device do you have? 

Have you checked your prepaid self serve account to see how much data is left in your data booster?
