Data is not working

I have opened a new plan last week, but the data service is not working at all. tried to call customer service and the message said will charge $10 for their services?

Is your data turned on? If you dont have a Koodo phone maybe your APN settings need to be set up properly.

You are only charged when you contact them if it isnt something you can do yourself through self serve. Asking a question doesnt get you charged.
