My data history says I used 160 ,97 MB of data at 23:44 on 17 July. This is impossible as a) I was home and the wifi was on b) my phone's battery was dead c) I was asleep. I'm now almost near my data limit with 9 days left in the billing cycle. How can I get this erroneous data entry fixed?
Are you sure that all of the above are true? The only way to fix it is to call Koodo but if you call Koodo there's been a lot of waiting time recently so it's your call to decide if 167Mb is worth waiting an hour on the phone
You can call Koodo by dialling *611 from your mobile phone and explain the situation to them and see what they say. You might be on hold for some time, it seems like they have 1 person handling the call centre at the moment but stay on the line and they will end up getting to you!
