Data expired when i have 2gb

Hi, i bought the 35$ plan with 2gb and today i wanted to check my data left and i saw that at in one case i had around 700mb used out of 1024 before zero surprises data anf it said it was expired so i had lost data i not even used

hi Yoan,

You mentioned about the 2GB, but I didn't see it in the usage. When did you upgrade your plan and how did you do it? some promotions are eligible for new or upgrading customers (getting a new Tab on phones). A simply change of a plan would not do it.

Check thats a screen of the plan i got and if its not 2 gb then why i used 700mb and i still have 1gb ? Im confused

Yoan,I am confused also. The "Koodo mobile" wasn't a part of your plan. Normally Koodo put it thereĀ  to give its customer unlimited data for a few days before the new billing cycle start. Every new/upgrading customer had it. If it was grey out then the new billing cycle properly has started.

I didn't see another 1GB in your plan, Did you take a snapshot of the whole data usage section? did you see total 2GB there somewhere in the contract? If you did it yourself, did you add 1GB bonus when checking out?

Yoan, the screenshot above is a generic plans available to customers. There should be another section in Selfserve --> "View rate plans". That is where you will see everything about your plan, including any add-on.

Yes but i took this plan so it sould be 2 gb but its true in my plan it says i have only 1 gb whhatt

I didn't see the 1GB bonus in the screenshot above (I tried to read french). You seem to have only 1 GB in the current plan. If you did it yourself or someone did it for you, you might have forgotten to add the extra bonus 1GB when checking out.

I would suggest you send a message to Koodo facebook to ask them to check on your case (to avoid the wait on phone).
