Data booster disappeared

I am a prepaid customer, bought a $30 bonus data booster 2GB on 18th Nov, and today I want to buy the bonus talk booster 1000 for $25 from the website. When I proceed, I found out there is still 2GB data booster on my order list, so I removed it from the order list in order to just buy one 1000 talk booster, then the weird thing happened that I lost the 2GB data booster because I removed it from my order list, now I don't have data plan for my phone right now, but I already paid for it on 18th Nov, the even worse, I couldn't buy the 1000 talk booster using the 20 dollar I just topped up in my account today due to the tech issue of your website. Can someone fix my problem please? I paid 55 dollar for nothing!!!! And it's urgent b/c I need to use the data for tomorrow...Thanks in advance!

You'll need to contact Koodo directly to have you account issues addressed. I suggest a PM through their Facebook Page or a DM via Twitter. Else you can call *611 from your phone, but expect a wait. Best time to call is first thing in the morning.

I dailed *611, they fixed my problems. that is the only way to deal with my problem because FB doesn't support prepaid customers...

It seems Koodo has corrected the issue. I've just bought a Bonus Data Booster and a Bonus Talk Booster. Unlucky, it works only once.
