I bought the 1GB data top up on Jan 8, 2018 for my daughter's phone. My daughter just texted me saying Koodo msg her that she only have 50MB left, out of the 100 MB that comes with her plan. I checked and found out the top up ended on Feb 1, 2018. Is there something wrong with Koodo? I also checked the add-ons and there is NO data add-on available - not even the 500MB top up. Any idea?
