I have been trying to pay my bill for 4 or 5 days now, the two or three times it said that koodo doesn't except that type of card (this was directly after telling me that koodo accepts visa) and now I cannot even access my account. This is honestly BEYOND frustrating. A lil' help PLEASE! !

Is it a Canadian visa card? Shouldn't have a problem as long as it's canadian. If it's not, you have to call in and get it registered

Or you can pay through online banking.
Log into your bank account and add " koodo" as payee. It takes a few days to process but its really easy.

Try telling someone whose Paypal credit card account was compromised by a Vietnamese hacker that you should be mad at Koodo for a "rejected" card being used several times over to lock you out for the time being.

I was initially infuriated at not being able to complete my purchase, but the morning after cooler heads prevailed.

STAY AWAY from making other payment arrangements online in the meantime.

Tomorrow is Monday, they are open normal business hours.

Everyone take a deep breath. *611 to the rescue.
