Contact Us link on the website doesn't work, having issues and can't find a number in any of my paperwork. How do I get in touch with support?

Found a number in the SIM card book but it says a fee applies, entirely unacceptable to pay to ask them why their service isn't working correctly.

Try *611 from your cell phone, or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone.

BTW you are quite right, the "contact us" page (tab "call us") does seem dead!! I have reported it to Koodo, thanks for flagging it :)

I was not receiving texts for at least 3 hours, though sent texts were being received. The issue has resolved itself, and my phone had a seizure when all of the missing texts came in. Contact page still is not loading for me.

It maybe a browser issue. Try a different one, chrome or whatever.

It doesn't work on Chrome (tried both on Chromebook and desktop). Mentioning a browser always helps, that's for sure :D
Edit: forgot to mention I tried it on IE (pleh!) on Windows 8 as well, and it works fine on that browser.

There is only a fee to make changes to your account that could've been made yourself using self serve. Koodo never charges a fee to talk to Somone about your account or get technical support.

Confirmed. Working here as well. Chrome, IE 10 and Firefox version 24.
