If you call customer service, there will be NO FEES for doing those requests. You can go to as Koodo kiosk as well, if you choose. Whichever is more convenient for you.
"Better" would really matter on the person you speak with to get these requests done
Whatever is more convenient for you, if you go to store, either way they will have to call to get that person's name on the account, and if your account has a data block, you may try to remove it on the Self Service account, under Plans and Add-ons.
