You get gift cards when you sign up. You have the tab. You have discounted phones and cheap plans. You have good service.
Koodo can't do much "loyalty" services because they are still a smaller company compared to big companies like TELUS. Also, since TELUS owns Koodo, it will refrain them from doing certain things because obviously, TELUS wants more customers to join them instead of Koodo.
Customer appreciation is cool, but sending customers something would be incredibly expensive. Imagine sending coffee mugs all over the country!! Koodo is a business, and this just would make any sense from a business standpoint. The idea of a loyalty program is cool though.
