Customer service? Management? Call backs?? loyalty??

Koodo should train their employees and management better!!! I have worked in customer service for 13 years and I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and this is the worst customer service and call back I have ever received.

yup not only on koodo either...if I am going to be too embarrassed to go out well I have internet....see all koodo has to do is fire the guy and problem solved its not solved for me...their a billion dollar company and im a poor native girl...so he assumed

Discrimination is in the eyes of the self declared victim. I have been to several Koodo Kiosks and been treated well. They have no idea who I am or how much I make. The fact? that you husband makes over 100k is only relevant to you.

Fact is none of us know what happened, Jack. Let's all agree there are always two sides to any story and not make matters worse by taking sides unseen. That is not what we're here for... to cut up fellow customers as you seem to have been doing somewhat consistently the past hour. Let's all play nice shall we?

Assuming what happened to you is true, this is unacceptable.

If you have a solid proof of this situation, please do contact Koodo's customer care.

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

If after this, you still feel that the situation has been unresolved, you can also reach out to the CCTS (http://www.ccts-cprst.ca) to file a complaint. They will then investigate this on your behalf.

Again, many of these accusations you have put forth a very serious and if you are in fact telling the truth, they will help you take action.

But again, I stress that you really contemplate the situation before potentially also costing someone their jobs (this person may not have a significant other making 100K+ a year and may have a family of their own to take care of).
