I seem to be having issues with customer service at the moment. 1 hour wait yesterday, so I didn't even bother waiting and now I've been on hold for 30 minutes. Wouldn't be so bad if they actually replied to their social media platforms or I don't know...their emails. Is it that difficult?

Also, did you, when you called in, heard that you could use our digital assistant to get instant answer to just about any questions and if need be set up a callback by one of our rep?

I'm just wondering about my order. I know it's only been a few days, but I haven't received any confirmation about anything and it looks like there was a charge to my card even though at checkout, it was a $0 balance. Order HFO20137540

Just curious, but why would there be an issue approving an order if everything went well at the checkout and there were no issues?

We run credit checks on all orders. If, for example the address you have given us when you ordered is differed than the credit bureau would have, than the order will have to be cancelled and a new one started.

Also once the order is shipped, you will get an email from koodo with the tracking info
