Severely disappointed with customer service today. I blocked off an hour of my day to try and resolve some issues that I have been having. This was during the middle of the day (typically off peak hours for phone call density). After wasting an entire hour on hold I was unable to reach a representative to resolve an account issue. I will be travelling out of country for the next month and was hoping to resolve before departing. This poor service has me strongly contemplating switching to another provider after 8 years of customer loyalty. -Dylan
