I called in August 18, @10:30am. I spoke with Daniel (unfortunately didn't get his last name) I have to say h e was the most informative person I have had the pleasure of speaking with. He was polite , courteous and patient explaining everything to me. He answered all my questions and informed me of so much more I was not aware of. I was ready to cancel my account until he clarified things for me. I just wanted to say he was a pleasure to speak with and say what an asset he is to Koodo. Thank you Daniel.
