Although, many questions could be answer here, But you need to talk to a rep in your case - Transfer of the ownership.
So, you have to wait on hold a little longer. ( I hope it won't be too long)

why am I not able to speak with someone at 7pm if "hours of operation are 9am-9pm local time"....  change your website or tell you customer service people to stop sleeping on the job.
the issue I have cannot be solved or answered by your automated virtual customer service.. i need to speak with an actual person

Thanks Mats, ill give that a try and hopefully that prevents future issues. Will still need to call in to get my current bill fixed but thats a tomorrow problem. Time for sleep. Night
