When a Koodo customer wishes to resign their plan with a new phone and new starting tab, a returning customer should be able to receive some sort of deal/discount as they are returning business to Koodo. This will stop people from leaving to go somewhere else, where now all phone contracts are max. 2 years. As well as keep customers happy, and increase overall client base in the years to come.
