Current Voice Usage and Online Bill

I created a self serve account yesterday. I can see my current text messages however, I can not see my current voice calls. Why? Also, I see all my past bills in pdf however I can not see my July 10th bill. When will my July 10th bill be available online?

Hi there Mary... About your most recent bill, there is in this moment a delay with the bills, so be patient and your bill will be available soon, Koodo is already working on this... About the usage, try downloading the Koodo app into your phone to see if you get the same info as the one you see on Self Serve... Try deleting the cookies/cache and retry, If the issue continues within a couple of days, probably a ticket can be logged to get your account checked...

Thank you! About my voice usage. Should I be able to see my calls made and received in the the current billing cycle? When I click on View Current Voice usage the page does not load.

Yeah... When you go to usage, you are supposed to see the airtime summary for the current billing cycle... Try deleting the cookies and retry, also try with another browser if you have one... As I said, check the Koodo Self Serve app to see if it is the same thing... If problem persist, call *611 there is an option to check it or you can talk to Customer Service to try to log a ticket to troubleshoot this.

Hi Mary Ellen, on Self Serve you can see the current airtime summary but not the details (call log), which are only available once the cycle is over.
