Current plan is cheaper now

I noticed that the plan I currently have is cheaper now, and I want to change it through the self-serve centre. However, the option to select the plan with the lower rate is not available. What can I do?

Hi Matt,

To access one of the new plans you are going to have to pay off your existing Tab (If any) and call up a customer service rep using *611 from your mobile phone orĀ 1 (866) 995-6636 from a non-Koodo line. Currently, there is no way to access the new plans through self-serve.
