Current monthly bill to high for usage

Switched to a far lower plan 2 months ago and have already had my last bill reflect that and had paid $18. This month is $50 and I've used 0 of my monthly data and 3 minutes in call time and 0 texts.. I'm asking here because customer service has proved to be unreliable and way too time consuming for such a simple question... I'm not understanding why my bill is $50 when I'm on the lowest/cheapest plan.

@ Gloo Happy to help, although I would have too look at your bill to give you a better answer. As you already know this is indeed a forum of customers and while they extremely helpful billing related questions will have a broad answers. Best place to start is too look at page 3 of your invoice online (the .pdf version) as typically all the answers ar there. That said if you are willing to share what name the account is under we are happy to give you a better insight.

Thanks for such a quick reply I'll take a look at the pdf mentioned. It wasn't letting me log in with my actual account name so I had to sign in with Google, unfortunately. I decided to ask here for a solution/answer because the last time I called the customer service I spent over an hour on hold with the end result being very little help. If there is a personal messaging system here I'd gladly send over my account name and info if that would help. I'm not too sure why it wouldn't let me log in using it to be honest.

Did you have a chance to look at your bill? Now that I see it everything seems to be in order. The plan you are on now is a $30 one, plus your tab charge, plus your phone protection plan, taxes adds up to what it is on your invoice. You indeed had not gone over any of your usage buckets included in your plan.
