Current Koodo phone app does not support one click payment

I am using the Koodo selfserve app v on a Google Nexus 4. My plan is Canada Wide Data Double 60. When I try to pay my phone bill with the app, it takes me to the koodo website where I have to log in again even though I've already logged into the app. Furthermore, if I happen to use auto fill settings on the payment form, it insists that I am missing information when I am not. I have to enter credit card information each time. This has happened each time I've tried to use the app. This never used to be the case in an older version of the app. Is there a way to reinstall the older version? This version looks nice but doesn't work for me. It is a pain!

Koodo has said they are phasing out the app this year so I would just stick with making your payments via a web browser. You can bookmark the login page and have an icon on your home screen for it.
