So I was just reading another thread about bonuses for new customers!
I have been with Koodo for close to 6 years and recently purchased a new phone online. It came with a $100 gift card (Visa prepaid) I believe. From what I was lead to think,by that thread,I am not eligible for that gift!!

In my case it said "Offer available online only. Only available with new activations on the Tab. While quantities last. Subject to credit approval."

Now,I had NO tab before this online purchase but I activated a new tab,so,am I eligible??
If not,the new phone will be sent back and I may go to another service provider!

I also just noticed that the phone I purchased,I am paying $15 for tab but it is in fact suppose to be $10 a month! What is going on?

That is correct that you won't be receiving the gift card if you upgraded and were not a new activation. That's how it's always worked and if you want to return the phone, that's up to you but it's still a good price for the phone.

As for the tab charge, I'm assuming you bought the M9. Call customer service at *611 from your Koodo phone and they can fix that

Hate the way they word things. I took it as meaning tab activation NOT a new customer activation.
I don't think I'd ever cancel service with Koodo ,I've never had any issues with them at all. Just venting.
However,I will be returning the phone because the camera is horrible.
It's an M8 by the way. I actually love the phone more than my Galaxy S6 but camera is a deal breaker for me

Yes it was still at $15 a month when I got it.
Do you know if Koodo will switch me over to the new deal if I called them or would I have to send it back and then get the deal online again?
I'm still well under the return policy!

Curious why your trying to buy any phone if you already have the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 is the best phone you can get right now as its camera, display and processor are thee best available in the market right now, so is there a reason your trying to buy a new phone?

A friend of mine has one and I really like the look and feel of it. It felt good in the hand and I like the weight of it. When I fooled around with it for awhile it even felt faster and really seamless. I may have jumped the gun and purchased it out of those reasons alone. Before I considered what the camera would be like.
And I think, with the prospect of getting 6.0 before the S6,made me jump a llittle further. Probably made a mistake and that's why I'll be returning the M8.
Good enough answer for you Paul?

Oh and my S6's battery life is horrible!! I literally took it from the charger 2 mins ago and its already lost 6% battery life!!!
It also seems a little glitchy, like when I switch between screens,it kinda "stutters"

If you want something with better battery life than the S6 but that has nearly as good of a camera then definitely check out the LG G4. If you don't want to spend more than you did for the m8 but have a really good camera then check out the Motorola Moto X Play, many of the shots I've taken with it look as good as the ones I've taken with my S6 & S6 Edge and it has really good battery life.
