i did top-up system 2months ago , but i don't know how to use this so i check the top-up system and i applied amount about my cellphone price. so after that i know my current balance became $121,

so i want to refund the current balance but i don't know how to refund current balance so i wish you help me.

if i can't refund current balance so i have to use the current balance, can i use the current balance after i cancel the top-up system?

in fact, i don't know how to use current balance so i wish you give the answer

hi hoijoo,I believe if you want to get the amount refund, you need to contact Koodo directly. I would suggest you send a message to Koodo facebook to avoid the wait on phones.

Yes you can cancel automatic top ups. You can then use your current balance for your base plan or for buying boosters.

Koodo reps have already stated here that Facebook and Twitter support for prepaid are limited.
You can call and ask for a refund, which would come in the form of a cheque in 4-6 weeks, that's if they will offer you one at all.
If you can afford to leave the money in your account, your baseplan will automatically renew from the balance remaining. You can change the amount of your automatic top up to as low as $5 a month or can temporarily cancel it if that is what you wish.

Indeed you can simply stop your automatic top up and use up the current balance. Refunding on prepaid balance is not really possible. It's like buying gas for $50 but you really only wanted $25. You can't get your money back from the gas station. Best to use up what you have hoijoo.
