if i have 200 credit limit why are you cutting me off before i get to that amount? also made a payment 3 days ago, i know it is holidays but you are a company that deals with the public and someone should be in your office 24/7/365

If you have any unbilled amount that will add towards the $200 as well. Your total outstanding cannot be more than that. That's how they work it.

Say you had a bill that was $150 last month. If you paid $50 but you used an addtional $150 that would put you over the limit of $200 at which point they cut you off. Presumably for your own good. :-) HAve you checked your usage on their app to know where you stand?

Also, Koodo generally sends you a text once your at 75% and 100% of your spending cap. So as stated above it considers the past due balance if any owing plus the total unbilled charges. I'd contact customer service to report your payment & as well as make further payment arrangements.

Just wanted to add that that the $200 spending cap does not mean that you can let your balance get up to $200 before you have to make a payment. Your account can still be suspended for a past due balance as well.
