I have a credit, can I transfer the credit to my wife,s account. My account was transferred to her.

If I remember correctly, if both parties involved give the authorization, it can be done

Are you talking about having a negative amount owing on your bill? And you then transferred ownership of your account to your wife?

If I'm understanding you correctly, the amount will not be transferred to the new account but if it exceeds five dollars you'll get a cheque in the mail to pay back the over payment.

Of course, I might be misunderstanding you entirely.
