I recently switched to another service provider but I realized I still have a credit balance. When/how can I expect the reimbursement?

If the credit balance is less than $5, it will be wiped out.

HOWEVER, you can call Koodo have have them issue a check to you for the amount of the credit.

Assuming the account is fully cancelled and the final bill was already processed/paid, this should not be a problem.

If 1 full billing cycle has been lapsed from the final bill you should be eligible for the refund. They can issue a cheque and can generally take 4-6 weeks.

That's why I mentioned to call. Seems faster that way.
