Hello, I am no longer with Koodo, but I have a credit on my tab. How do I go about receiving this?

If you mean you have a positive Tab, you forfeit that amount when you cancel. It has no cash value. It can only be used for hardware upgrades. If it's negative, then that should appear on your final bill. You owed that amount on a phone before you canceled.

Now if you mean you have a credit on your bill, that's a different story. You'd have to contact customer service to ensure they can send a cheque to the right address.
