You can make the payment in self service and then contact Koodo that you are ready to have your line restored, Rachael.

Do u have to pay the full balance or as long as it is u see the $200. Credit limit will they restore your services. Thanks :)

Usually full balance, if you exceed the $200 limit.

Just a clarification; until the account has actually been suspended for exceeding the credit limit you can avoid suspension by paying enough to bring the balance below $200. Once it has been suspended you would need to pay the full balance owing in order to restore service.
