Hi,
A few months ago I switched from Public Mobile to Koodo. At the time, I was told that I would receive a credit for one month service within a couple of months (as a promotion for making the switch). I have yet to see this credit. When does it typically appear? Who can I call to discuss? Everywhere I look it always directs me to online forums.

Hello there,

The credit should be applied 2-3 months after you signed up. How.long has it been?

Hello Bernard,

Last year I too was told I would receive a credit on my koodo bill for the 2 months of service I paid with Public mobile that wouldn't be used due to the switch. I was told it would take about 3 months to receive it. I still have yet to receive the credit on my koodo bill

I recommend sending Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter.  A rep will be able to look into your account there

Hi, loannis !

I know it could be surprise to you that Koodo do a lot of things on line. Many PM customers switched for that specific reason to Koodo. As you know PM wants to bring to its customers fully on line service. If the reason that you switched is related to a better or constant access to life customer service you could be a little bit disappointed. In fact you could be charged for the phone call if you can solve problem on your own, using forum or through their self-serve on line (sounds familiar to you I believe).

I am really surprised why you didn't receive credit on your second bill. I know at least two former PM customers that their switch went without any glitch or problem and credit was applied to their second bill.
