A few months ago I switched from Public Mobile to Koodo. At the time, I was told that I would receive a credit for one month service within a couple of months (as a promotion for making the switch). I have yet to see this credit. When does it typically appear? Who can I call to discuss? Everywhere I look it always directs me to online forums.
