Creating an account difficulties

I've been attempting to create an account for quite a while now and it kept saying that the email that I provided was already linked with another account. This could have been from one of my past phones, I've had the same email for a long time. I tried making two different emails just to try to sign in that way, but still isn't working! I was able to change my phone number on the self serve, but then it redirected me to a different page and said again that they will email me back if my account is confirmed and I wasn't able to sign back in. Now my phone is messed up and texting and calling isn't working at all. Please help me I feel as though I lost my account!

You should have received an email with a link to create a self serve account.
Check all your email folders including your spam as it may have been sent there.

If you have the message you describe, Koodo will need to delete the offending account. Contact them to straighten it out. I suggest a private message to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account as being a better choice than a call to *611.
