Creating account through SelfServ complaining "account has already been linked to another email address"

Hi,
I am moving from public mobile to Koodo following the promotion. I ordered online and received my sim card yesterday. I followed the instructions in the mail, and tried to create an account, but after i fill in the information,  I got  error messages saying account linked to another email address.  What should I do next?

You need to contact Koodo directly to reset it, you could send message to their facebook or call.
