I'm trying to order a SIM card with a plan attached online. I'm going through the credit check and driver's license verification, then when I hit submit it keeps coming up with an error message saying "whoops something went wrong try again". I've tried 3 times and the error message keeps coming up. I'm currently overseas so I can't pop into the store or call. How can I make it work? Thank you!

Did it highlight anything in red with the message?

As a side note, Koodo only accept Canadian credit card and Canada shipping address and addresse must match to make an order.

No nothing was highlighted in red. I am using a Canadian credit card with a Canadian billing address that both match the shipping address.

I would try again few hours later and see if it can go through.

If you cannot get through later and as you were oversea, you could send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo)/twitter and ask them to look into it.
