Create a 'Refer A Friend' area in self serve

Would be great if there was an easy way to keep tabs on our referrals.

Looks like there is a place to track referrals login below site there is a Referral History link top right corner must of missed it before with all the funky colours heh.

@canucks4life: I think the referafriend website was run by a third party service in conjunction with Koodo. That could be the reason for website separation.

Just tested it myself, and it looks to be working as expected.
The site was under maintenance for a small period last night, as we changed over from the $50 promo to the regular $25 offer - so perhaps your attempt overlapped.

Nope same error on this end...tried a couple browsers. Do they have a support Email address instead of having to use the form?

Only 4 days? They shouldnt even be allowed to offer anything unless its around for at least a week or 2 :)

Question I recently did a self referral 'add a line' is the below info still correct that second line must have a separate self serve account setup to send out referrals for increased total yearly account cap?

If I add another line to my account, does my annual referral limit double?
Sure does! The referral credit limit of $300 per calendar year is per subscriber, so if you add another line on to your account your limit will become $600. Just make sure that both of your lines are registered for the program using different Koodo Self-Serve accounts each with their own email address and are each sending out referrals.

Because on referral terms & conditions page there is no mention of having to create different Email self serve accounts for each line.

You can refer a new line to your own account and both receive the referral credit, as long as the referrer and referee phone numbers are not the same. You are able to add up to 7 lines per account, therefore there is a maximum $2100 referral credit available per account (up to $300 per line).

Also noticed the below statement top of rules page which seems to suggest only one self serve account is now required so if you add a line total account cap should automatically increase by $300 up to $2100 max.

Starting Wednesday, April 19, 2017, Koodo customers will be able to use the same username and password as their Self Serve profile when sending or checking the status of referrals. This means one less thing to remember!

C4L, you need a self serve account for EACH line on your Koodo portfolio. Each of them need to complete the referral set-up process. 

It's $300 per line with self serve access. If only 2 out of your 5 lines have access to the self serve then your max referral credit is $600 instead of $1500.
