Crap Koodo Customer Service

I've been on hold for an hour and counting.. No call back option. I just need to change my SIM card, which I have already purchased. It doesn't look like you can do this on line. I'm sure that with tens, or hundreds of thousands of people spending around $100 a month, Koodo could afford a larger number of staff for customer service. Really frustrated and disappointed.  Can any body call back or chat online?  Looks like this is a common compliant and even see one who waited over 2 hours.

You can do this on self serve.  just login and go to change phone and you can enter your new sim card number

@ Brad, you have a high amount of past due on your account which may prevent the change yourself. However, once you pay the outstanding amount online you should be alright. If you still need help Facebook is the easiest option for you. No long wait on the phone. Just private message us.
