I've been on hold for an hour and counting.. No call back option. I just need to change my SIM card, which I have already purchased. It doesn't look like you can do this on line. I'm sure that with tens, or hundreds of thousands of people spending around $100 a month, Koodo could afford a larger number of staff for customer service. Really frustrated and disappointed. Can any body call back or chat online? Looks like this is a common compliant and even see one who waited over 2 hours.
