My Samsung Galaxy S3 has a cracked screen, and only the screen is damaged and it works fine, the problem is I can't see a thing! Do I need to buy a new phone or is there a way I am able to replace the screen itself?

You can look into replacing the display at local cell phone repair shops in your area. I expect it to be upwards of $150 or more after labor.

Is that the best course of action, even if I've owned the phone for less than a year?

You would have the option of taking it to the nearest Koodo kiosk to have them give you a quote on repairs. The issue here is that where the screen is damaged, it will be considered physical damage and is generally not covered under the manufacturers warranty.

I'll do both just to be sure, thank you both for you time!
