Will I have coverage in Bearskin Lake, Ontario? I have heard the big company up there is TBayTel - could I get Koodo coverage off their network? I have a Galaxy S8.

I'm not sure of specific roaming agreements but I imagine that Telus/ Koodo have a roaming agreement in place. You can look at Koodo's coverage map : http://choosehappy.koodomobile.com/ne...

I had a look at the map before writing the question, and it was not on there. But I know it's a small community, so was hoping for more specific information.

I'm not seeing them even have coverage up there.

I think your best bet would be to talk to someone who lives up there and ask them what there is for coverage.

Based on this cell tower map there isnt any company that will have coverage up that way. https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/c...

If you look at this map, you’ll see tower locations for all carriers in Canada. For the most part, Bell/Telus have towers co-located with TbayTel, so coverage is similar. I believe Koodo roams on TbayTel, when needed. Given you are more tan 100 km from the nearest tower (Rogers) my guess is no service on any network.

From what I'm reading, it looks like KMobile (Keewaytinook Mobile) is the cell service provider for Bearskin Lake, ON.
