Couple of issues: I am being charged US calls when I wasn't before I switched to Koodo but it's on the same $25 plan. So, without knowing I would be charged my bill is double what it should be. In addition, a minute was added to a call to the U.S.

How is it the same plan if you're talking about before you were with Koodo? Did you not read the plan details when you signed up about if US calling was included?

Koodo rounds up to the highest minute so a one second call will be charged for a minute. I was in Hungary a few days ago and answered a call I swiped no to (brain cart I suppose) and I'm expecting a 1.50 charge for it.

Because Koodo absorbed Public Mobile but kept the same plan. That's how. Why? Did you write it? Because obviously it didn't leave a great impression.

FYI, I spoke for 3 mins and 40 s, it rounded out to 5 mins. Is that not the next, next minute?

Now is there someone here who can actually help or lead me to someone who can?

@littledigits

I think, I understand your problem. Coming from Public Mobile you get used to real Shock Free environment. It is really Fully Prepaid Service with no surprises no overages. Unfortunately switching from Fully Prepaid to Postpaid or Monthly Plan can cause some users to become uneasy in regards to counting every second and minute in terms of calling Long Distance, among other examples.
