I upgraded to the Essential Phone, received bill credits. Sent the phone back through the estore because it was not performing well at all. My account is all cleared up. I received a message the other day about my bill. Went online because it was crazy low! Checked it out and they are still taking the bill credits off even though I no longer have the Essential Phone. Would rather not have to pay for these bill credits in the future so would like to get this straightened away soon. Just wondering if a representative could look into this and let me know.
