Continuing emails/Bills-I am no longer with Koodoo

I am no longer with this company yet I keep getting emails? ( Bills saying they owe me 6.43 for overpaying). Im not sure what to do since you have to pay to call them.

No you don't. Calling in to ask about billing, tech support, or even general inquiries has always been completely free of charge. The only things there are charges for are account changes which can easily be done through self serve.

If you call the billing department then they will process your refund and then you would get one final notice/bill saying that nothing more is owed.
