Contacting Web Store

I have been advised by customer service to contact the webstore because of a problem in my attempts to order a new phone through Koodo online. I have left 3 voicemails and no response. I phone constantly between the hours of 3-9pm Tues-Friday, and I am directed to voicemail. My concern is that my new offer expires April 1st 2018. Any advice on what I should do?

This e-mail doesn't work. I tried a few times and it fails to send. I tried calling and I get put on hold then it goes to voice mail for me to leave a message. I left a message 3 times. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I am having issues with a galaxy s8.

Really? I sent emails, posted on Koodo Community and spoke to two reps in order to get a credit card charge fixed. That took 18 days. In all that time I never received a reply. Not even after they had credited my account. So good luck.
Koodo has been saying the the delays have been due to unprecedented demand, but I wonder.
