I've enter the wrong subsidy number on the phone that I tried to use, and now it has asked me to contact the service provider. But I can't call customer service now what should I do.

Do you mean the IMEI#?
What are you trying to do activate a phone?

If you've used all the attempts at putting in the code (there is a limit), then the phone is no longer able to be unlocked.

What phone are you using? If you've used too many unlock attempts, the unlocking becomes difficult to do for a novice. There are ways around the unlock attempt counter, but these require specialized knowledge and/or software that most end users don't have access to.

Thanks for all the replies. My hubby did sth to his phone and it wouldn't boot so we tried putting the sim card in the old Rogers phone we have and tried punching in the subsidy numbers by just guesses and I guess we have locked it. We did bring it in to a kiosk today and was told that the sim card won't work on the old phone anyway. Luckily the current phone is fixed. :) thanks so much again for taking your time to reply.
