Can you please start a new thread? How long have you had your number but it's not activated for? Sorry that doesn't make much sense with you saying all the payments are up to date. If you don't have any access to your self-serve you can contact Koodo to get it reset. If your internet is good enough for here, it's good enough to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. Or you can just call 611 if it's that's bad. Then you can use an email that you do have access to.

Log in to self serve. Click on my profile then role management. That might be what you are looking for.

i just called 611 because i forgot my password for new voicemail.  they told me to dial 1 and my 10 digit phone number and the reset a new password.  cost me 5 bucks and it was invalid

You got charged because you can reset your voicemail password via self serve.
Login to self serve, click view my rate plan, scroll down and click reset password next to voicemail, then click reset password again.
It will display what your new password will be. (Like you said, your 10 digit phone number)
