My husband and I are on monthly Koodo plans on iPhone. My two daughters and son are each on prepaid Koodo plans with iPhones. Both my husband and I receive the same text twice from my ONE daughter when she is not connected to WiFi (using iMessage), there is no problem with the other two's phones. I have adjusted her settings on her phone multiple times and reset her network settings twice. From what I have read on this forum looking for a solution to this problem, I am wondering if I have to reset her phone and restore from a back up (using iCloud not itunes) or call Koodo customer service to have them do something at their end or have her SIM card replaced as it may be faulty..? I really do not want to have to reset and restore her phone... A solution that works to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!
