I'm a new user of koodo, just 2 weeks. I've problem, the connexion is not found by phone. The koodo account say no problem, please tchek the problem and whrite me what i will do. Thanks

Hi Amaury,

Please remember we are all consumers just like you and have no access to your account.

The best way to diagnose any network connectivity issue is by turning the phone off and taking the battery as well as the SIM card out of the phone and let it sit for a few minutes. Re-assemble the phone and see if it's now working.

If it is still not working then check the APN settings of your phone by following the instructions at this link:
