Connect new account to existing internet account

Koodo will not allow me to connect my new phone with my existing email address and account. I need help with this

Hi babolious, how so are they keeping you from connecting your phone to your email? open the mail app and proceed with setup.

And as for 'connecting it to your account' just insert your sim card into your new phone and you're done! Or if the sim doesn't fit, get a new one in the correct size then go on self serve>mobile phone>change mobile phone> continue and activate the sim then insert it into your phone. Hope that helps :)

The set up needed to send an email to the billing account owner of the new phone. I never received that email (as the owner of the new phone) and don't know where to go to check on that missing email.

The phone is working fine and already had the sim card in it. I just want to keep track of all my Koodo billing accounts through one account.
