confused with my billing and international calling rate add on is missing - Local/International calls Skype

Hello, I have attached two pictures. I used to have international calling rate add-on somehow seems to me now that it is missing from my profile as I got $67 extra charges Airtime and the bill details show high rate what I used to get before. Not sure how to get hold of Koodos and ask. I used to have International calling Add-on before and my understanding was they will transfer all my features into my new number when I switched province as I had instructed them all adds and plan should be moved over. Not sure how to handle this situation. In fact, to save money I use Skype and Whatsapps mostly but this missing add-on onto my profile kind of surprised me. My my calls are to India and I did make those calls just that somehow my International calling addon seems to be missing now under my profile.

Hmm. We don't have access to your account nor account history. So you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. Explain to them that you had the add-on, did not remove it, and you think it disappeared when you switched plans movingly provinces. I'm sure that if it was removed by mistake that they'll adjustment the charges to what the add-on rate is and put the add-on back on for yoh.

Hi ABH,
Who did you instruct to retain the add-on? If you asked a Koodo agent did it, then you could call them and ask them to look into the issue. If it was yourself making the plan change in selfserve, then you are likely responsible for  the add-on.
