I was charged with 117 dollars last month and it shows on my credit card card that I paid that amount.. But when I cheked my bill again it shows that I only paid them 76 dollars and I still owe them 40 something dollars. That is so confusing

They have. Double charged me twice I will soon get another provider this is too confusing my negative thought is they do this to try to get away with it. You can have little luck trying to talk to them

They are a large corporation.  They are not trying to do that.

If you did pay the $117 but only 76$ is showing as paid, and you are reading your invoice correctly then I suggest calling Koodo and it could have been an accounting error.

Also check out this link that helps to explain your bill

Hi Carroyl - does your number end in 099? If I'm looking at the right account, you're on a $55/mth plan that gives you 1GB of data and unlimited talk time. Looking at your past few months, the additional fees have primarily been for long distance and late fees. It looks like you've accumulated a couple of months at a time and made two payments since joining in late April - one on June 9th and the second on Aug. 8th. So your payments to-date have actually covered two months of usage at a time.

If you log into your self-serve account, you can go back and see all bills to-date to see the detailed breakdown month-by-month, including your payment history.

Hi Kai - if you log into your self serve account and refer to page 2-3 of your bill, it will provide a detailed outline of the charges. We can also take a look to and advise, but will need some account info to do so, i.e. the full name the account is under and the last few digits of your phone number.. if you feel comfortable sharing those details.
