I was charged with 117 dollars last month and it shows on my credit card card that I paid that amount.. But when I cheked my bill again it shows that I only paid them 76 dollars and I still owe them 40 something dollars. That is so confusing
They have. Double charged me twice I will soon get another provider this is too confusing my negative thought is they do this to try to get away with it. You can have little luck trying to talk to them
Hi Kai - if you log into your self serve account and refer to page 2-3 of your bill, it will provide a detailed outline of the charges. We can also take a look to and advise, but will need some account info to do so, i.e. the full name the account is under and the last few digits of your phone number.. if you feel comfortable sharing those details.
