Confused by High Bills

It appears my regular monthly billing is not coming via email on a regular monthly basis. This seems to be resulting in missed payments being stacked up to the next billing month, resulting in higher amounts to be paid. Previous monthly amounts averaged about $35 but my last two bills were for $121.40 and now the current one for just over $100. I don't understand what's going on and why my amounts are so high. I cannot locate any easy-to-understand listing of service charges on your self-serve site to reconcile those amounts. Please provide me a detailed accounting of services being charged; when those charges were levied and the applicable amounts.
